Sara's family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers and many ways that so many of
you have shown your support. As I'm sure you can imagine, this is a very difficult time in
our family's life, it's a difficult time in many of your lives as well. All of the people and
all of the ways in which people loved and supported us during this time have made a world of
difference. Many times it's difficult to know what to do for someone when this sort of thing
happens. We can tell all of you now that even the smallest gesture means everything in the
world.
Sara was a granddaughter, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece and friend. Sara had her whole life ahead of
her. She was a beautiful and aspiring young girl. For a reason that only God knows, a reason we won't
know until we're in heaven, it was in His plan for her to be with Him at this stage in her life.
If there's one thing that our family prays for each of you, it's that none of you blame God for
this or any other tragedy that you may face during life. God is for us, not against us. He
loves us and he'll take care of us as long as we keep our eyes focused on Him. Sara believed all
of these things and she was well aware that her life could end in an instant. We know that Sara
wouldn't blame God for what happened. Sara knew that no matter what she faced in life, good or
bad, God was on her side and she was going to trust in Him. If there's one thing that we could
ask of each of you it's this. Never forget Sara. Make sure that her testimony lives on forever
and that you use it to touch the lives of the people around you. Sara didn't die in vain, her
story will continue and she will be a witness to many for years to come. It's up to us now to
make sure that she's never forgotten; she will never be forgotten.
Thank you all once again for your many prayers, love and support.
